Baji99 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Baji99. By accessing, browsing or using the Baji99 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Baji99.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and should not register an account. Continued use of Baji99 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Baji99, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Baji99 is strictly an adult entertainment platform. Any attempt by a minor to register, access or use the platform is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of Baji99 or any of its associated service providers.
• You must not already hold another active Baji99 account. Each person may hold only one registered account at any time.

3. Account Registration

When you register an account with Baji99, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and any other information requested during the registration or verification process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. Baji99 is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact Baji99 support immediately. Each player may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are discovered under the same identity, device or payment method, Baji99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on Baji99 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Baji99 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The available deposit methods and any applicable minimum or maximum deposit amounts are displayed in your account dashboard.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone other than the account holder sends funds — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be held or returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown at the time of deposit.
• Baji99 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are available for use immediately in most cases. If a deposit is delayed, contact support with your transaction reference.
• Baji99 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for large or unusual deposits as part of its anti-fraud and security procedures.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Baji99 aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa within five minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving bank.

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held until verification is completed. Baji99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks for large withdrawal amounts.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts or wallets registered in the account holder's own name.
• Any bonus funds in your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see the Bonuses section below.
• If a withdrawal is declined or delayed, Baji99 support will notify you with a reason and any steps required to complete the request.
• Baji99 reserves the right to carry out fraud and security checks before releasing withdrawal funds. This is for the protection of all players.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Baji99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, cashback, PSL promotions and VIP rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page.

The following general rules apply to all Baji99 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real money funds. Baji99 may apply wagering requirements before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) before the bonus converts to real cash. The specific requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check individual promotion terms for contribution rates.
• One bonus may be active at a time per account unless otherwise stated. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may void the previous bonus.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in voiding of all bonuses and may result in account closure.
• Baji99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts before the modification.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Baji99 offers sports betting markets on Cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 Internationals, ODIs and Test matches), Football, Esports and other sports. All bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the Sports page.

• Bets are accepted up to the market closing time shown for each event. Once a market closes, no further bets may be placed.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed . Baji99 displays current odds at the time of bet placement; the odds shown on your bet slip at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected Cricket and Football markets. Live odds update in real time and bets are subject to acceptance at the current live price.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport rules. For Cricket, if fewer than the minimum required overs are bowled, markets may be voided.
• PSL matches that are interrupted due to weather or other circumstances will be settled based on the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result where applicable, in line with the official match result.
• Baji99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect or erroneous price due to a technical or human error. Affected players will be notified and their stake returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary depending on your account level and the specific event. Limits are shown at the time of bet placement.
• Any evidence of match manipulation, use of automated betting systems, or irregular betting patterns will result in bet voidance and may lead to account suspension.

8. Casino & Slot Games

Baji99 offers Slot Games, Live Casino, and Bingo. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of Live Casino, real dealers operating under controlled conditions. Game outcomes are independent and cannot be influenced by the player or the platform.

• Each game has its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP information is available within each game or on its information page.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and play. If a game disconnects mid-round due to a network or server issue, Baji99 will endeavour to restore the game state. If restoration is not possible, the round will be voided and the bet returned.
• Bingo rooms operate on fixed schedules. Tickets purchased for a Bingo session are non-refundable once the game has started.
• Players may not use external software, scripts, bots or any automated tool to interact with any game on the platform.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baji99 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially illicit activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions, account limits or platform security measures using VPNs, proxies or other tools.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Baji99 customer support staff or other players.
• Allowing a third party to use your account or using a third party's account.

10. Privacy & Data

Baji99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use and storage of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used to manage your account, process payments, verify your identity, comply with security obligations and improve the platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

• The account holder is found to have violated these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct is detected or suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and is being actioned.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period, in which case Baji99 will attempt to notify the account holder before any action is taken.

In cases of account closure due to terms violations, Baji99 reserves the right to forfeit remaining balances in accordance with the nature of the violation.

13. Limitation of Liability

Baji99 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous and uninterrupted access, Baji99 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free or free from technical interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted, Baji99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss resulting from technical failures beyond Baji99's reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits Baji99's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Changes to Terms

Baji99 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where possible, we will also notify registered players of significant changes via their registered contact details.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
